But it does actually do a good job. The only thing I'd add (besides not sending the fish) is that if you are sending a physical copy of the letter, to make sure the font is simple and large enough to read easily and that you print it on good quality paper with dark ink. This is not the time to try to get by with the very tail end of your ink cartridge, nor the time to to use quirky or fancy fonts.
