A Resume for Your Annual Review

Before you meet with your boss for your annual review, update your resume so it lists your achievements at your current job. Present this resume to your manager at the meeting as a way of reminding him of your value at the company. It will also send a subtle message that you're armed and ready to pursue a job elsewhere, which hopefully will inspire him to offer you the increase in pay you seek.
