New Talent Management Network
Dear Job Loungers,
I’d like to introduce the New Talent Management Network (NTMN) – a new,
free network for talent management professionals. The NTMN is being formed to:
- Improve the effectiveness of Talent Management by conducting original
research that benefits the TM community.
- Coordinate opportunities for local, free networking among TM
professionals.
- Increase the capabilities of TM professionals and raise the bar for
our field.
We’re also kicking off the 1st Annual Talent Management survey – our first research project – focused on better understanding the structure, responsibilities, compensation and other details of talent management groups worldwide. You can take the survey by going to NewTMN.com.
There are no obligations in the NTMN and you can participate in as many or as few activities as you like. As our community grows, so will the content on the site.
So please join the New Talent Management Network by clicking here and help to grow this field and profession. Thanks!
