Employer Name Change on Resume

I have been in the same job for 8 years, but due to mergers and acquisitions my "employer" has changed a few times. How are you supposed to list that?

Here's how I suggest you structure your work history for that job:

2000-present, Job Title, Current Name of Company, City, State
Retained as Job Title through mergers and acquisitions (XYZ, Inc. to LMN, Inc. to Current Name, Inc.).
- First achievement statement.
- Second achievement statement.
